At Skedva, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We are committed to transparency and protecting your information.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company details when creating an account), usage data (how you interact with our platform, workflow executions, agent conversations), and technical data (browser type, IP address, device information). We do not collect sensitive personal data unless explicitly provided for a specific feature.
We use your information to provide and improve the Skedva platform, process transactions, send service communications, analyze usage patterns to improve AI agent performance, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers with enterprise-grade security. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is controlled through role-based permissions with audit logging. All data centers are SOC 2 Type II certified.
AI agents process conversation data to provide automated responses. Your business data is never used to train models for other customers. Each workspace is fully isolated. You retain full ownership of all data processed by AI agents.
When you connect integrations (CRM, email, calendar), we access only the data necessary for the specific integration functionality. OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely. You can disconnect integrations at any time, which revokes our access.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove all personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes. Backup copies are purged within 90 days of deletion.
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. You can manage data preferences from your account settings. For GDPR requests, contact our Data Protection Officer. We respond to all data requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for platform functionality and optional analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
