Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Skedva platform and services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Skedva platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Skedva on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Skedva provides an AI-powered business automation platform including AI agents, workflow automation, integration management, analytics, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with 30 days advance notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person or organization may not maintain multiple free accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Skedva for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, to interfere with the platform, to scrape or harvest data, or to resell the service without written authorization. AI agents must not be used to generate misleading, harmful, or deceptive communications.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in INR unless otherwise specified. All plans include all 5 AI agents. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to Skedva. We do not claim ownership of your content, customer conversations, workflow data, or any business information. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

7. AI Agent Usage

AI agent responses are generated based on your configuration, knowledge base, and conversation context. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI agent behavior. We recommend human oversight for critical business decisions.

8. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for the platform. Planned maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance when possible. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs. Credits for downtime exceeding our SLA are available upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

Skedva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. For international users, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before legal proceedings.
